Аннотация: The article reveals the importance of ideology in the formation of the Red Army after the October Revolution of 1917. The reasons for the anti-mobilization uprisings of 1918 and mass desertion from the Red Army in 1919-1920 are shown, the connection of the policy towards the peasantry with the anti-mobilization uprisings of 1918, the recruitment of the Red Army and desertion is revealed; it is concluded that the White Guard military formations had the most problems with the ideological component

Аннотация: Migration issues in the Russian Federation are inextricably linked with the preservation and maintenance of traditional spiritual and moral values of society. Migration processes influence the cultural and spiritual environment of the country, as well as the formation of public consciousness and social interaction. The article examines aspects of Russia's migration policy, its impact on the spiritual and moral values of society and the need to take these values into account when developing and implementing migration strategies. In Russia, traditional spiritual and moral values are an integral part of state and cultural policy. According to the National Strategy for Action in the Interests of Children, approved by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation № 761, such values include: patriotism, citizenship, morality, respect for the cultural and historical heritage of the country. These values play an important role in shaping the identity of citizens and ensuring the unity of the nation. In the context of globalization and intensive migration processes, issues of preserving traditional values are becoming especially relevant. Uncontrolled changes in the ethnocultural structure of society can cause social tension and conflicts if the process of migrant adaptation is not accompanied by measures to preserve and respect the traditional spiritual and moral values of the host society
